Shipping and
Handling
- We use Australia Post Registered Mail service or Couriers Please door to door courier for all domestic
shipping.
- We use Couriers Please on a select number of larger items that are too large for Australia Post. Couriers Please
costs vary by parcel size and destination. Costs are calculated and displayed on our shipping calculator. Please
contact us if you require additional information about shipping to your area.
- We use Australia Post Air Mail service for all international shipping.
- We endeavour to ship all order within 72 hours of receiving payment.
Delivery times vary depending on location.
Domestic delivery is 2 – 10 working days, based upon the destination and the shipping service used.
International delivery is 5 – 15 working days depending on the destination.
All delivery times are estimations based upon those quoted by Australia Post or Couriers Please. Labelloot is not
responsible for slower delivery times by the designated carrier.
- Once you receive your confirmed order with shipping, you will be able to pay online via our shopping cart for your
purchases securely with your Credit Card, Internet Bank Transfer or Direct Deposit, or your Paypal account balance.
- All of your account details are processed either by our major Australian bank merchant facility or Paypal. We do
not see or store any of your personal financial information.
